Kolumbijska Death/Black kultina osnovana osamdesprve, i oni su prvi kolumbijski i jedan od prvih bendova ekstremnijeg izražaja u južnoj Americi. Što se izdanja tiče, izdali su dva EP-a, i više nisu aktivan bend, mada se 2005 pojavila kompilacija "Tempus Mortis". Parabellum je stekao status underground kulta i ima ogroman respekt od muzičara i određene publike širom svijeta.
