Prvo,baš me interesuje na osnovu čega ste ih svrstali u blek metal uopšte?Mora po istoj logici kao i gomilu bendova koji se ovdje guraju pod Black.Drugo,zadnja dva albuma im zvuče kao nešto žešći Lajbah iz perioda J.C.superstar.Treće,nisu loši,karakteriše ih puno atmosfera,gramatički nepravilnih slaganja latinskih riječi i bibloidnih šlagvorta koji se "zbog efekta"nađu kao gosti u svakoj drugoj pjesmi u nepromjenjenom obliku,sa prizvukom mantre."Sanctus Diavolus" je definitivno najsmjerniji i najsmisleniji album,barem što se tiče opšteg dojma.Četvrto,svima onima kojima je grčka muzička scena interesantna,hladno preporučujem bend NIGHTFALL,ali samo album"ATHENIAN ECHOES"iz neke 97/98,ako se dobro sjećam.Album je atmosferičan,strašno mračan i podjednako brz.Ako naiđete na neki drugi album istog benda,npr.LESBIAN SHOW,slobodno nagazite barem nogom na nosač zvuka bez griže savjesti. :twisted:

RC su Black Metal jer su im prvih par radova konzistentni sa idejama ostatka te rane, davne melodic Greek BM scene (Varathron recimo).

Mada koliko ja znam na "Non Serviam" se sve zavrsava :D

Odličan bend!Na svu sreću ona "goth" faza im nije trajala dugo.Ta dva albuma nisu loša,ali ostatak mi je puno bolji.Thy Mighty Contract i (pogotovo) Non Serviam su mi zakon totalni!Genesis me ugodno iznenadio jer su se počeli vraćati na staro,ali Sanctus Diavolos me totalno oduševio!Svaka čast!Jedva čekam 6. mjesec da ih vidim.

Zadnji album im je jako dobar, kao i Genesis! Dva izvrsna ostvarenja! Ali meni su ipak najbolji oni stariji old school albumi gdje zvuce jako jako dobro!

Rotting Christ sve vise preuzimaju grcku scenu ali tu su ti pre svih:
Nightfall-najbolji heavy metal bend grcke vec neko vreme, pa nesto novijiAngelo Perlepes Mystery-odlicni power metal bend zatim ima tu i dobrih heavy citih heavy bendova kao:Swan Christy, Sorrowful Winds koji imaju jednu fenomenalnu stvar koja se zove Dazed na kojoj je solo u dzez fazonu, pa Blood Covered i nemam pojma znam dosta bendova a da od death metal bendova dobri su pored Rottinga i Recanting Hell i naravno Order of the Ebop Hand.
I to je otprilike toliko o Grckom metalu.

Ljudi procitajte ovo! Dave Mustaine, koji se zamjerio prema pun kurac ljudi u svijetu metala i koji se meni ogadio zbog svojih stavova i to JAKO, upravo je uradio krajnju glupost:


Greek Black Metal act ROTTING CHRIST's mainman, Sakis, has posted the following statement exclusively via Metal Temple Magazine concerning the issue that has arisen due to MEGADETH frontman Dave Mustaine's comments concerning the initial confirmation that Rotting Christ were going to open for (at least one of) Megadeth's live appearances in Greece:

"Unfortunately we find ourselves in the difficult position to have to announce to our fans that we feel like canceling our upcoming participation in two big festivals (something that we have done several times before too) with the reason being our band's name. A name that expresses our opposition to any kind of religion, a name that opposes to any fake visions of an eternal calmness and peace, a name that is a punch at the conservative basis of the hypocritical and religious so called democratic societies.

Unfortunately the middle ages still find their way into the new millennium and METAL must support the freedom of the mind, something that it has been doing since its foundation.

Sakis on behalf of Rotting Christ"


Megadeth are scheduled to play two gigs in Greece - on June 17th and 18th in Athens and Thessaloniki respectively. As previously reported, Mustaine made the following comment about Rotting Christ being on the bill: 'Well, if they are on it, I certainly don't want to kick them off. We will just have to pass and play Greece another time or place. I have informed my management and they know what I feel."

jarane ovo je ZBLJUV!!!

Ja mu marke ne dam za koncert. Koji je to kreten inace, citao sam intervjue i pitao se pa zar on stvarno zeli da ga cijeli svijet mrzi...toliko je prepotentan, ali je ovo previse. Jadnik :(

CKY guitarist/vocalist Deron Miller has slammed MEGADETH mainman Dave Mustaine for threatening to cancel any shows where "full-on Satanic" bands are also scheduled to appear. In a statement sent to BLABBERMOUTH.NET, Miller wrote, "reading that ROTTING CHRIST has to cancel shows because of Dave Mustaine's recent and absurdly sudden Christianity is one of the most obviously ridiculous dramatic newslines in music. This from the guy that wrote 'Wake Up Dead'.

"Dave, I love MEGADETH, but JOIN REALITY. METALLICA was more succesful...so what?! Get over it. And now all of a sudden Christ is your savior... How weak. Take some credit for your own accomplishments.

"Remember in the '80s when the parents of your fans insisted that YOU were Satanic? You have turned into them. Stop creating drama. Your music is suffering and the fans have noticed. You've given ROTTING CHRIST the 'HOOK IN MOUTH'!!!!!!! Don't ruin your legacy for the longtime supporters."
