na trecem albumu su se dosta promjenili(nekom su bolji nekom lošiji) zadnji album im je puno više metal nego core kojeg možeš čuti na myspaceu, a što si tiče usporedbe s drugim bendovima onda bi ovaj bend preporičio fanovima As i Lay Dyinga, All That remainsa..

"The Year's To Come is the third release from Nodes of Ranvier brought out in 2005. Again, the line-up was changed and fans were lightly criticizing this to be more a generic metalcore sound than their older sound. Although, some fans were still praising highly Nodes of Ranvier for a job well done and telling others not to get drawn to it's negative feedback. In conclusion, mainly all fans of 'NOR' stuck with this release and enjoyed the new sound giving a little time to adjust to it."

Prvi album mi bezze,druga tri su mi preobri,pogotovo drugi i treci.
Christian furka mi je bezze doduse.I nisu cisti mc,ima tu alternativnog nu metala takodjer.
Zadnji album,koji sam proslo ljeto prekucavao mi sad,retrospektivno gledano,nije ko drugi i treci,ipak dobar.
