I opet su promjenili fazon.

Na ovom ima više varijacija u tonovima i ritmovima, death stil sabijanje je rijetko i ist-isto kao sa prošlih albuma, Derek zvuči kao da su mu vokalne sposobnosti smanjenje - i više mu leži growl klasični nego ovaj brutalni hardcore/deathcore stil.

Opet, album je vrijedan slušanja. There Will Be Violence je moćna ali je mogla čak i moćnija bit. Orphans sa Tim Lambesisom uopšte ne zvuči kao Impending Doom - previše metalcore riffova i fazona za njh - ali je ujedno i jedna od njihovih najboljih pjesama, po meni.

The Great Fear je razvaljivanje čisto! Vincent ima čak i grublje vokale nego na novom Acacianom albumu. Aranžman vrhunski - za razliku od drugih pjesama gdje... nisu baš stvari legle kako trebaju.

Al opet, Impending je bend čija muzika nosi kad je slušaš - ko bude to doživljavao kad si ovaj album bude puštao može biti i zadovoljan urađenim. Ja sam ga preslušavao analitički više.

Ovo je jedna od najboljih deathcore pjesama ove godine, poslušati pozorno. Npr., ovaj dio od druge minute kada se dere I WILL NEVER FOLLOW!!! i ono smirivanje na 3:30 prije završnog brejka. Pojede.

Četvrti studijski album christian deathcore sastava Impending Doom "Baptized In Filth" će izaći 13. Marta preko eOne Music-a. Produkciju ovog izdanja nije radio Tim Lambesis, kako je to bio slučaj sa prethodna dva već Andreas Magnusson (The Black Dahlia Murder) i Machine. Taskođer je poznato da će na albumu biti deset pjesama, a ispod pogledajte i zvaničnu treklistu kao i cover art.
