In the summer of 2008, Justin Sobota, Mike Roslaniac, Kris Jones, and Ian McQueen came together to form the band Along Came A Spider. After a year of writing and performing with bands such as Chiodos, Story of the Year, and Upon A Burning Body, the boys of A.C.A.S. traveled to Kansas to recruit Princeton Patterson on drums. The band has recently finished recording their first EP entitled After The Silence and plan on releasing it world wide in the near future.
Along Came A Spider has brought in a new sound to Cleveland, Ohio's metal scene with soaring vocals, and intricate guitar melodies. Each member has a wide variety of musical experience in different genres starting from hardcore metal to jazz to create their own unique sound. Tom Denney, former band member of A Day To Remember and owner of Tom Denney Productions reviewed the band's first single entitled "The Overdose On Tylenol" and stated that "You guys seem to be on the right track and all in all it is a great first song". Now with momentum and plethora of shows under their belt, the band is ready to travel the world spreading their new sound to many. Along Came A Spider is a force to be reckoned with.
