2009 will be the year of the release of first Motherpig’s full length material. When, how and why, we don’t know, but we can assure you it will kick yours, ours and everyone’s ass. Now, as for the split with Agathocles on vinyl - we tried so hard and we just couldn’t find a fitting label, so the plan to make it vinylised is off. I think releases on CD and tape are quite enough

When it will be released, we don’t know. It was planned as 2008 release, but it didn’t happen. We’re waiting for some more news.

In the other news about Motherpig, the time finally came to put an end to (in)famous GORE Motherpig logo created by Jamie of Phlegm Thrower. Yes, that logo was a part of the many layouts of our releases and on a few posters, and it served us perfectly, but we’re feeling we need a new one - the one that will represent us better now. The Gore logo was a bit more gore grind that we will ever be
It happened as the coincidence that creator of Napalm Death poster for gig in Sarajevo used this Motherpig title for the poster, so many people were bragging us how great new logo is, even before we decided to make it a new logo!!!
So, say hello to new (HOPE IT’S FINAL, well, it better be) and improved logo of Motherpig - official one created by none other then rem3dy aRt design, click the name and contact him if you need any art, he’s a really great guy that will help you the best way he can and will also put your own ideas in front of his, he’s there to satisfy you, not his ego, which isa great thing nowadays!
Now, when the old logo goes to heaven (or hell!), we want to give a HUGE THANKS to Jamie for making the Gore MP logo! Thank you, mate, you’re fucking awesome!
