Exit Fest was spot on. Brilliant setting. Cafe Del Dunube was a great chill area looking out over the Danube within all the madness of the fortress. You've gotta do the camping to get a real feel of the whole festival. The people from Serbia are so very lovely, always up for a chat and a laugh. Camping is right next to the beach for a bit of day time sunbathing/chilling/drinking action. Kinda like Glastonbury but much nicer people! (Except the police, who lack a sense of humour and must be avoided) I only managed to catch 2 bands - White Stripes and Underworld, but hey, IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MUSIC!!!!! Me and my cheeky chums have just returned from the best festival in the world ever, which is Exit. We have memories which will last a life time of something that was truly amazing. Exit has the best location, the best selection of music, the most beautiful people, the most diverse selection of people from all over the world, the friendlist enviroment ever and a common theme - Freedom from whatever we have come from.

Really good festival, the site is class itself, but it is the sprit of the people there which makes it so special. They are the future of this region and they deserve much better than they've had in recent history. Thank you Serbia for the best festival I've been to in years! I've just arrived home yesterday from Exit, it was a great experience I enjoyed every minute. Camp was great and people were very nice, it was also very cheap
The best performance had CARL COX on dance arena. EXIT see ya next year

I am from Novi Sad and every year I go to EXIT! I love meeting new people and this is a great way to do so. And of course while listening to great music... what more can you ask?

This is the best festival that I’ve been to! It's amazing. Things that they had in last 15 years made very wrong picture of Serbia. But Serbia and Serbs are very nice, open, and friendly and they, beside everything, know to enjoy living.

WOW!! I have a friend from Serbia who told me about this festival and at first I resisted going there (Milosevic, war, blah, blah). Oh my God, 2004 was the best summer I ever had. Girls are beautiful, everybody very friendly, honestly amazing!

Absolutely great festival. I was there in 2002 and in 2004 and the DJ Arena is the best dancing scene I have been on (and I have been on many around the world). The Exit festival in Serbia is an absolute must for any music fan. Set in an old Serbian fortress its an amazing experience that is shared by 250,000 people every year. This year Iggy Pop, Massive Attack, Cypress Hill and Neenah Cherry are amongst the stars performing over the four day event. EXIT is a place to be! Great atmosphere, great people, excellent sound, great City of Novi Sad with beautiful girls.
It was one of the best music festivals I have been to, much better than our own Primavera Festival we have here in Barcelona. You won't need a visa or anything like that to go to Serbia, and you should definitely take two days to visit the state's capital Belgrade that is just 1hr 15 minutes by bus from Novi Sad.
