fluency has nothin' to do with it, you don't pronounce fluently, but with an accent.

fluency has to do with your command of the language, as in, do you speak it without thinking, is it second nature, or do you take time out to construct a sentence in your native tongue and then proceed to translate it.

there is no accentless english ;)

Oh it does, fluency demands a certain level which has an impact on an accent as well, on some more than others, doesn't eradicate it of course, but it does mask its origins, and that's the whole point of it all.. besides, you know I meant a native speaker's accent, but that's just beating around the bush really.. :p

An Aussie, a Yank, a Dixie, an Irishman, a Scotsman...are all native English speakers...that's 5, and I've ommitted all sorts of Englishmen (Cockney, Hackney, Brummie, Geordie...list goes on forever...) so...no, there ain't no gawd damm no accent english :P

level of what? fluency demands a certain level...and then MS Word says FRAGMENT: CONSIDER REVISING :mrgreen:

Oh if you say so, but, in the end, they'd still be just plain ol' indians, so, wouldn't matter much to me.. 8) that I can achieve by going as far to central Istria, same bloody thing, even they don't understand each other lol..
